When registering an account on the xbagi platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account termination.

  • Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same IP address, device, payment method, or identity document is prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Sharing your password with third parties is prohibited.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

  • Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

xbagi may at any time request identity verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being restricted or suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on the xbagi platform can be made through the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

  • Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 1 hour.
  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method — meaning if you deposit via bKash, you must also withdraw via bKash.
  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • xbagi reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for unusual transactions.
  • In cases of money laundering or fraudulent transactions, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). xbagi does not charge any hidden fees or extra charges. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own service charges.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

xbagi offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the specific terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

  • New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000.
  • This bonus has a wagering requirement of 25 times (deposit + bonus) — meaning you must wager 25 times the total amount before withdrawing the bonus.
  • The welcome bonus must be used within 7 days of the first deposit.
  • Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.

General Bonus Rules

  • Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the second cannot be used before the first is completed.
  • xbagi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
  • A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds — this limit will be stated in the specific terms of each bonus.

Gaming Rules

All games on the xbagi platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology provided by game suppliers.

  • If a connection is lost after a game round has started, the round will complete and the result will be visible once the connection is restored.
  • If a technical error causes an issue with a game result, xbagi will investigate and take appropriate action.
  • The game supplier's own rules and terms will also apply.
  • The game rules displayed on the xbagi platform will be considered final.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final, except in cases of technical error.
  • In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules.

Prohibited Conduct and VIP Program

  • Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
  • Software Assistance: Using automated bots, scripts, or other technological aids in games.
  • Collusion: Coordinating game outcomes with other players without authorisation.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.

  • Abusive Conduct: Threatening or harassing the support team or other users.

For any of the above violations, xbagi reserves the full right to permanently close the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your activity and consistency of play on the platform. Contact the support team for more details on how to reach higher tiers.

  • Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and paid within a specified timeframe.
  • VIP benefits apply to active accounts only.
  • xbagi reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
